D-R's Client Interface and Response System
(CIRS) is an interactive tool that allows the company's clients to voice an issue, technical query, or problem on an existing piece of equipment through the Internet. Clients must first register in the CIRS program prior to being able to submit issues into the system. Once registered, a client may access the system at any time to submit new issues and check the status of their issues that were entered into the system. |
